Parents who utilize the St. Francis School Enrichment Program will be invoiced by the Business Office once per month, based on the prior month’s daily attendance record. Daily attendance records will be maintained by the Enrichment Program Director. We ask that all parents interested in participating in the Enrichment Program complete the Weekly Enrichment Schedule below to assist the school in the staffing of the program.
Parents interested in drop-in service not reflected in the Weekly Enrichment Schedule, are required to contact the school office with a two day advance notice. Due to staffing, drop-inrequests are honored only if space is available.
Note: Enrichment times available on Wednesday’s will be 2:00-5:00 and 2:00-6:00. The above sitedrates will be applied, with no additional fee charged for the additional hour of service.
In addition to all normal school days, the Enrichment Program may be open for an additional fee for the following events provided there is sufficient interest:
Parent/Teacher Conferences, ISACS Conference, Fall Break
The St. Francis School Enrichment Program will be offered during Winter Break and Spring Break at an additional fee provided there is sufficient interest.
Enrichment closes at 6:00 p.m. A late fee of $1 per minute will be assessed each minute your child remains after 6:00 p.m. A parent or guardian must sign the student out before they leave.
