It’s hard to believe that the school year is over and ended quite differently than it began. While watching Mr. David’s slideshow last week, many of us were reminded of the joy-filled times we spent together. We did have a great year of learning and exploring with our Preschool Wyverns! Remember walking around the gym parking lot looking at all of the cars and trucks on Transportation Day, our Big Sings, the Halloween Parade, and a visit from the jolly old elf? This year our friends have painted, glued, counted, colored, rested, asked questions, cried, laughed, made new friends, read stories, and pretended. The joys of childhood were celebrated each day! Even during remote learning we found ways to share our hearts and minds and truly connect with one another. We want to thank each and every one of you for sharing your children with our program.

The hard work and dedication of the Parent Association is deeply appreciated by us all. I want to extend a special thank you to Laura Burke and Stacy Plotts for their planning, coordination, and support of all things Preschool this year. It was their first year as a team, and I have to say they have done a remarkable job. I also want to thank our wonderful parents who have brought in treats for parties, helped at open houses, collected items for our coat drive, and volunteered for our preschool events and parties throughout the year.

And finally, we wish the best of luck to our four-year-olds who are moving on! All of us at St. Francis Preschool wish everyone a very happy, healthy summer!

Information about Preschool Summer Camps will be coming out soon!
